Gerald is in the middle of the Aspen Food & Wine Classic, so he's been extremely busy. It's a great event, with a massive amount of high end wines and talented Chefs - needless to say, it brings a lot of business to town. Unfortunately, the event doesn't stop for Father's Day... so, we were able to enjoy Gerald for the morning before he headed off to work.
Every day, Jack and his Daddy head down the road to see the horses - Mr. Brown, Willow, War Admiral and Snowflake (all named by Gerald - Pumpkin and Seabiscuit are at another farm). Gerald brings his golf clubs and a few balls, and Jack loves running on the gravel, picking up rocks of all sizes as he goes. Today it was extra special - Jack had Daddy all to himself. These are a few photos from the past week.
It's a riot... we ask Jack "What does a horse say"? He gets a huge smile on his face and says "ROAR!" and growls. I have no idea where that came from, but it's cute.
At the end of the day, it's time to give our little cowboy a bath!
We're also very proud of Gerald. He passed his Real Estate exam on the first time (only 17% pass the first time around)! It was a long 7 weeks, but well worth it. Go Daddy!!!
