Halloween 2009

What a fun Halloween we had this year! Even though Jack didn't quite get it, he still had a blast running around the neighborhood under an almost full moon... and while Jack, um, Tom Brady, dashed about, Sam (our little frog) handed out candy to the hundreds of trick-or-treaters. Our neighborhood is a hot spot in the Valley and is always packed with goblins, ghosts and witches. Enjoy the photos!

Checking out the hollow pumpkin.

Sam was beside himself with the large orange orb! He kept shrieking and trying to grab at it.

Jack, after the initial investigation, didn't really care about it.

"I Love My Mummy"... and I love you, little Sam!!

For his first two Halloweens, Jack went as a giraffe. Sam was almost victim to the same costume, but a neighbor had a frog costume that we borrowed. Sam was so stinkin' cute! Check out our little amphibian!

And check out that tongue!

No candy. Yet.

Our VERY handsome Tom Brady.

Daddy and his boys!

Ok, so THIS was hilarious... we have a ton of kids on our block, and everyone's toys become communal toys in the street, on driveways, in the yards, etc. Anyhow, Jack and I were heading out the door, candy bag in hand, and as we started down the street he saw our neighbors' toy shopping cart. Jack grabbed it and started walking with it. At first I was thinking, "Hmmm, will we even make it to the first house?", but then though, "This kid is a genius! THIS is how to get some loot!". And he did. Jack walked the entire night with this cart and gathered his candy. He was a riot...

Pointing to the almost full moon.

And, we're OFF!
